The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Practice Coordinator to join our respected Forensic Accounting & Commercial Damages (FACD) team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of a fast‑growing practice, where your organisational expertise, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the FACD practice, ensuring seamless support for Partners and senior leaders.
Plan, organise and facilitate weekly team meetings, including agenda preparation and action tracking.
Support team strategy and market group activities across areas such as commercial litigation, intellectual property, family law, class actions, tax disputes and more, working closely with the Marketing team.
Assist with resource planning by monitoring team availability, workload and project timelines.
Organise client-facing events including seminars, lunches, conferences and meetings, including preparation of presentation content and collateral.
Assist with external tenders and panel submissions by ensuring that administrative requirements and compliance obligations are adhered to.
Support CRM usage, data accuracy and follow-up activities.
Oversee the full job set-up process including project schedules, milestones, and documentation to support high-quality outcomes.
Oversee the finalisation and issuing of engagement reports, including formatting, Docusign fields, printing and binding.
Liaise with the People team to support the administrative aspects of team personal management.
Coordinate with the wider FACD team to organise attendees, materials and content for international meetings.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role working within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting or similar).
A self-motivated, proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and regions.
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, projects or resources.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Excel, Power BI).
