The Opportunity:

As HKA continues to grow, we are excited to add a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to our team! In this role you'll be working with internal stakeholders to tackle important tasks like ABR, monthly utilization, forecasting, KPI analytics and much more. An ideal candidate will be eager to learn but bring enough experience to hit the ground running. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI analysis for the Operational Management Team.
• Provide financial analysis to support local strategy for Regional CEOs and business unit leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making.
  
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
• Build relationships with US and Canada partners to enhance interaction between commercial roles and finance.
• Analyze key performance drivers and provide insights to the Americas partner group.
• Identify and implement improved processes with the Finance Director and Financial Controller.
• Ensure compliance with the Global pricing strategy.
• Review and comment on cost center findings.
• Support due diligence for local M&A activity.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports for decision-making.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis positions.
• Experience working in Professional Services/Consulting Organizations
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, forecasting, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
• Expertise in Data Analysis, Data Management, Data Visualization and Financial Modeling.

• CPA/CFA 
• Audit experience 
• People Management experience

Compensation:

Annual salary range of $100,000 to $118,000 depending upon qualifications, experience and overall fit. Eligible for participation in HKA's full benefit package.
