The Opportunity:

Due to HKA’s continued growth in North America, we would love to add a dynamic and experienced Construction Claims Consultant with Professional or Native fluency in Korean and English. This is an essential role to the team with translation task ownership, client interaction and internal stakeholder interaction.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors or higher degree in engineering, architecture or construction management
• Must have Professional or Native fluency in Korean and English and is comfortable translating between the two.
• Professional experience in the construction sector
• Experience with project control scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project required - or - professional accounting experience.
• Some knowledge and experience with construction budgeting, estimating and cost accounting required.
• Familiarity and proficiency in the full MS Suite, especially Excel

Preferred but not required

• Experience with Earned Value Analysis a plus.

• Experience with Deltek Acumen Fuse (or similar schedule analyzer program) a plus.
• Technical certification as a CCM, PMP, EVP or PSP a plus.
• Technical knowledge of forensic delay analysis technics and analytical approaches for advancing or defending construction claims a plus.
