The Opportunity
HKA is seeking a Global People Systems Analyst to support, maintain and enhance our recently implemented Workday HCM platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience supporting Workday HCM who is looking to further develop their expertise in people systems, reporting, data management and process improvement within a global consultancy environment.
The role sits within our Global People Analytics and Systems team and will play an important part in ensuring our systems, processes and data support an exceptional employee experience and data-informed business decision-making. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in systems, automation and continuous improvement. You will bring excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will support the ongoing administration and enhancement of Workday, deliver impactful reporting and analytics, and help drive data quality and process efficiencies across our global people function.

Responsibilities
Support the maintenance, administration and ongoing enhancement of the Workday HCM system as part of the Global People Analytics and Systems team.
Provide training, guidance and support to People team members globally to ensure accurate and consistent use of Workday and high-quality data management.
Create, maintain and deliver Workday reports and regular global workforce reporting to support business decision-making.
Conduct regular audits of people data, including against payroll data, ensuring discrepancies are identified, investigated and resolved while highlighting opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and integrity across people systems and reporting.
Ensure data storage and processing activities comply with GDPR, company policies and relevant legal requirements.
Support the delivery of system enhancements, testing activities and process improvement initiatives to maximise the effectiveness of Workday.
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing existing processes, challenging current ways of working and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for systems, data quality, reporting and continuous improvement.
At least one year of experience using, maintaining or supporting Workday HCM, including report creation and administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy, and an ability to draw business-relevant insights from large datasets.
Ability to investigate issues independently and implement practical, effective solutions that balance user experience with system integrity and good practice.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly:
Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and complex formulas.
Word.
Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
A proactive, customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn and develop within a global people systems environment.
