The Opportunity:
We are expanding our Advisory practice in Perth and are looking for high-calibre infrastructure and capital project professionals to help build the next phase of our growth. You will play a central role in shaping and delivering HKA’s offerings across Mining & Resources, Energy, Utilities and Government, working on major, complex projects where outcomes matter.
We have opportunities available from Consultant through to Director level. We are particularly interested in individuals who thrive in complex, dynamic environments while taking accountability for both client outcomes and business growth.
You will be responsible for:
Leading and delivering complex advisory engagements across sectors
Providing strategic and risk-based advice across project delivery, governance, cost, schedule and performance.
Supporting clients and industry stakeholders in navigating project complexity.
Building trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identifying business development opportunities to grow HKA service offerings.
Contributing to the growth of HKA’s Advisory offering in Australia.
Skills and Experience:
We are seeking individuals with proven project experience, in-depth knowledge of advisory principles and a willingness to learn and develop.
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in infrastructure advisory or management consulting.
Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in the energy, mining, and renewables sector.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate technical issues into strategic actions.
Track record of contributing to or leading business development activities.
Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels in complex, dynamic environments.
Passion for continuous learning and development, with a focus on enhancing team capabilities, knowledge sharing and performance management.
Degree in engineering, mining, project management, geology, business, quantity surveying, law, commerce, or similar.
