The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Proposal Administrator to join our busy Middle East and Africa proposal team. This role will support proposals for clients across the region, offering the opportunity to work on a range of bids in construction, advisory, and forensic services. The role will provide administrative support, including document management, template setup, filing, and database administration.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
A bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or equivalent early‑career experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint (or willingness to learn)
A professional and flexible approach, with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different regions and cultures.
It would be an advantage if you also have:
An interest in proposals, bidding, or business development.
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (including internships or placements).
Experience working in a multinational or Middle East business environment.
Exposure to document management, version control, or structured content.
