The opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing team and be part of driving the future success and development of our global business.
The ability to work with a diverse team and workload to accelerate career development and connections.
The Opportunity:
The Graphic Designer (International) delivers assigned design projects end-to-end, producing high-quality, on-brand visual communications across print, digital, and internal channels. Working with guidance from the Senior Graphic Designer, this role translates stakeholder briefs into clear, engaging creative solutions that support business objectives and meet agreed timelines.
This position suits someone seeking their next role with 3-5 years of experience who can manage day-to-day workload with support, collaborate confidently with internal stakeholders, and continuously develop creative and technical skills within an in-house team. You will contribute to maintaining brand consistency, improving quality and efficiency, and ensuring design outputs are accurate, accessible, and fit for purpose.
Skills and Experience:
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain high-quality visual assets for print and digital channels (e.g., brochures, presentations, social assets, internal comms, and simple motion graphics/animation where required) using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
Own assigned design requests from brief to delivery: interpret requirements, ask the right questions, propose options, and deliver agreed outputs.
Plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, balancing multiple projects and proactively flagging risks to timelines or scope.
Apply design fundamentals (layout, typography, colour, hierarchy) to produce clear, consistent, and accessible materials within brand guidelines.
Develop initial concepts and options within brand guidelines, recommending an approach based on audience needs and objectives.
Build and maintain templates and toolkits (e.g., PowerPoint, flyers, social tiles, email banners) to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
Adapt and version master artwork across multiple formats and sizes, ensuring consistency and accuracy across variants.
Design and enhance presentations, including creating and applying slide layouts and templates that improve clarity and visual consistency.
Format and typeset copy-heavy materials accurately (e.g., reports, long-form documents, and internal publications), maintaining strong typographic control.
Create accessible designs by applying best practice (e.g., contrast, legibility, and clear hierarchy) and support basic motion deliverables by producing correctly exported animated assets for digital use.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, shape briefs, and translate feedback into clear design improvements.
Communicate progress, timelines, and next steps clearly and professionally, ensuring stakeholders know what to expect and when.
Escalate scope changes, competing priorities, or timeline concerns to the Senior Graphic Designer in a timely way, proposing options where possible.
Quality, Compliance & Production:
Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and quality standards, checking accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail before release.
Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print and digital use (including correct dimensions, bleed/crop marks, image resolution, colour profiles, and export settings) and support smooth handover to vendors or internal teams.
Maintain organised files and templates, applying version control and good asset-management practices to support team efficiency and reuse.
Required Capability & Experience:
Degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
Early-career experience in an in-house, studio, or agency environment, with evidence of managing multiple briefs and deadlines.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals and problem-solving across formats (print, digital, presentations, and/or internal communications).
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; confidence working in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); and willingness to learn additional Creative Cloud tools as needed.
Basic motion design/animation skills (e.g., creating simple animated assets for digital channels); familiarity with tools such as After Effects is desirable.
Understanding of brand-led design and core production processes (file setup, pre-press basics, exporting for web, and working to specifications).
We are looking for someone who can:
Manage assigned projects independently with appropriate support, using good judgement to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, producing accurate work within a defined brand framework.
Work across multiple projects concurrently and remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate positively with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating clearly and responding constructively to feedback.
Take a proactive approach to learning, continuously improving creative, technical, and production skills.
