The Opportunity:

We are expanding our Brisbane team and seeking a Director with a strong track record in delay analysis within the construction industry. You will bring experience preparing expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation, and the confidence to lead complex commissions.

Skills and Experience:

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Exceptional analytical capability, with the ability to forensically review complex data sets linked to disputes.

• Proven experience as a delay expert or lead assistant on major infrastructure projects.

• Ideally, prior appointment as an Expert Witness, including experience with cross-examination.

• Strong proficiency on key project controls software, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.

• Solid understanding of delay analysis principles and their practical application.
