The Opportunity:
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Finance Business Partner and Group Finance Director, helping drive operational efficiency and strategic financial decisions.
You will provide financial insights that support business performance, through financial analysis and close collaboration with stakeholders.
Reporting to the Group Finance Business Partner, you will contribute to monthly financial planning, transform complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, and provide financial analysis to support Support Function Leads.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly performance packs for distribution to the Support Function Leads.
- Develop and maintain financial models to track performance of Corporate functions.
- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Partner with finance stakeholders to ensure accuracy and understanding of P&L data.
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to improve data accuracy and knowledge of opps/projects.
- Manage costs vs budget.
- Support role out of FP&A system across the Group.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Studying towards or plans to study towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential), including financial modelling and data analysis.
- Strong finance knowledge (P&L, KPI’s).
- Experience with software such as Deltek, Workday, Salesforce, Power BI beneficial.
- Pro-active and strong communication is essential.
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative, fast paced private equity environment.
- Experience in a PE backed or multi-location business a bonus.
