The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our Kuala Lumpur office on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll work closely with our business leaders and collaborate with a supportive team across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing a shared inbox, prioritising tasks and taking ownership of assigned duties.
- Actioning aged debt follow ups, timesheet management, and expense claim coordination.
- Supporting project administration, including running conflict checks, proposal code creation, and project set up in our systems.
- Handling facilities management and liaising with building management.
- Assisting colleagues with document formatting (CVs, proposals, templates, reports).
- Co-ordinating new starter inductions, leave tracking, and travel arrangements.
- Shared reception responsibilities, such as answering calls and welcoming guests.
- Contributing to a positive team culture – sharing a laugh is encouraged!
Skills and Experience:

Ideally, you will bring the following:
- Proven experience in administrative and operational support roles.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience in professional services or consultancy environments is preferred.
- Flexibility, adaptability and confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
