Our Advisory team is currently seeking a strong Associate Consultant / Consultant to join our Brisbane or Sydney office to work on a range of projects across Australia!

The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity in our Brisbane or Sydney office for a proactive and passionate individual who is looking for a role that will give them exposure to some of the largest infrastructure projects around Australia. You will have the opportunity to work with top industry professionals in infrastructure, engineering, and consulting.
In this role, the successful candidate will work with our team across a range of projects, and will be responsible for supporting the project team, advisory team and be a general allrounder in assignment delivery and undertake analytics and research, as required.
- Strategic and analytically minded, with an interest in innovation desirable.
- Supporting the project team.
- Assisting in managing the risk, cost and schedule on major infrastructure portfolios, programs and projects.
- Carrying out Project health checks & risk mitigation.
- Working with the team and clients.
Skills and Experience:
We are seeking individuals with some project experience, nominal knowledge of construction and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in management consulting and the infrastructure sector is desirable.
- Desire for challenges and problem-solving in complex project environments.
- Interest in developing career working with an Advisory firm, and exposure to different roles, tasks and projects.
- Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- The ability to take initiative and willingness to grow and develop professionally.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own time in an environment with several competing requirements.
- A strong team member with the ability to drive continuous improvement in the standard of project.
