The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience working in professional services and/or consultancy environment with exposure to major infrastructure projects.You will have the opportunity to work with top industry professionals in infrastructure, engineering, and consulting.
We are seeking candidates with experience working in different disciplines accross Project Controls. In this role, you will support the team with the development, implementation and delivery of project controls systems and processes, as required.
You can expect to be involved in the following in your day to day role:
- Supporting the project controls team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Research and managing databases.
- Data collection and reporting.
- Carrying out Project health checks & dispute avoidance.
- Working with a variety of stakeholders, including the project controls team and client.
We are open to candidates being based in either Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney. Due to project requirements, this role will be required to work from the client office 4 to 5 days a week.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking individuals with some project experience, nominal knowledge of construction and a willingness to learn and develop.
In addition, you will possess the following:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Experience in scheduling management, program governance, change management, and/or document control.
- Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- The ability to take initiative and willingness to grow and develop professionally.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own time in an environment with several competing requirements.
- A strong team member with the ability to drive continuous improvement in the standard of project.
