The Opportunity:

We are looking to recruit an experienced ERP System Analyst to work alongside our ERP System Manager supporting the global business . Our ERP team currently sits in our UK Corporate Head office in Warrington, however any of our other locations in the UK could be considered.

As part of the role you will:

• Provide technical and functional support to Deltek Vantagepoint ERP and CRM.
• Carry out maintenance to Deltek Vantagepoint ERP and CRM ensuring outages are kept to a minimum.
• Be involved in the implementation of new functionalities as part of the System continuous improvements.
• Provision of ad-hoc and compulsory training to users.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a forward thinking and dynamic individual with progressively responsible work experience with an ERP system. You should have knowledge of relevant programming languages coupled with excellent project and change management skills.

Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:

• 2 + years’ experience of maintaining an ERP system or systems support role.
• Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint Suite.
• Good understanding of Finance Data, systems, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels within the organisation.
• Problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
