Requirements:

  • BS or higher degree in construction management or engineering with 10+ years’ experience within the construction industry in project management or in claims consultancy
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of critical path method concepts with project control scheduling software such as: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project required, Acumen or similar schedule analyzer program preferred.
  • Technical certification as a CCM, PMP, EVP or PSP preferred.
  • Technical knowledge of forensic delay analysis technics and analytical approaches for advancing or defending construction claims preferred.
  • Experience of preparing Expert reports- writing high quality technical and client-focused reports
  • Construction budgeting, estimating and cost accounting experience is a plus.
  • Strong and successful track record in business development is a plus.

ROLE:

  • Preparation of expert reports and presentations on delay analysis
  • Evaluate project schedules and records to determine cause, effect and liability      for construction delays
  • The ability to analyze construction estimates and costs
  • Perform delay analysis using various standard methods.
  • CPM schedule review, evaluation, development, and maintenance
  • Recognize and use techniques such as collapsed as-built, impacted as-planned and windows analysis
